BAD SERVICE

My husband passed away in feb 2017, he had 2 vodacom contracts, one being his and one for my son who is in matric. I asked vodacom to please cancel his contract and move my son's onto my name and provided bank details for new debit order - all paperwork was submitted in February. Vodacom the promptly stopped both contracts - my son is now without a phone from Feb - now vodacom wants me to pay the subscription fees for march before they do anything - they stopped the debit order on my husbands account!!!! Why do i have to pay - and for no service anyway - I am so sick of this - I have enough on my plate already - How do I sort this out as quickly as possible - or maybe just go to MTN and get another contract for my son!!!!
