BAD service
<p>I received bad service from Vodacom a few months ago. MTN offered me a good deal and they ported my numbers to MTN. I decided not to take the deal as it was WAY out of line. I've been asking Vodacom ( emails, phone) over and over to port my numbers back to Vodacom but still nothing. Tumelo at my local store tried his best to help me but Vodacom just keep sending him from 1 dept to the other. Vodacom emailed me that my numbers will be ported back but the steruggle just go on. Can Vodacom please do their job and get my numbers ported back to Vodacom!!!</p>

Dear Vodacom,
Your company has been aware of this problems for weeks now and I did receive calls from your consultants as well as emails but still no porting of my numbers. As I stated, your consultants are me and Tumelo from my local Vodacom shop from one dept. to the other. Please get somebody to PORT the numbers and THEN phone me to confirm that it has been ported,. I'm so fed up with empty promises and people that keep passsing the bug.
