Bad Service

I am very disappointed at the service I am receiving from Vodacom. I have a contract phone with Vodacom and I have only had the phone for 10 months now, suddenly out of the blue the phone does not want to work anymore, it vibrates for 5 hours on end and does not even want to switch on. I went to my nearest Vodacom outlet to book the phone for repairs, they told me it will take 7 to 14 days to fix it. To my surprise I receive a call saying that they didn’t fix the phone because they didn’t have a password, and that they sending the phone back to Vodacom, now they have to re book the phone to be fix just because simple there is no communication between the department fixing the phone and the Vodacom outlet.

This is unacceptable for me I am paying for a service I don’t even use and I have no ways of communicating because they are too lazy to fix my phone and get it back to me as soon as possible. This is a new phone and still under warranty, I don’t see why I have to be negatively impacted by their errors. Now I have to be without a phone for 2 months. This is not acceptable…

I need my phone if the cant repair it, replace the device and let me go on with my life, I don’t see why I have to suffer because of ***********s.

In your terms and conditions you state that if you have Apple IPhone you will give the client a temporary device while there phone is being fix, but again no Vodacom outlet provide this services, once again you ****.

I Don’t see how now and in future I can continue doing business with Vodacom let only tell other people to take up your services.

My contract number is ********** , Device Apple IPhone 6s Plus.

Waiting for your response…

Rozanne
