Bad service

My son's samsung tab A tablet stopped working and switched off. The tablet is more or less 6 months. I then took it to vodacom shop at cape gate for repairs. A vodacom assistant offered to switch it on for me for a certain amount. I then refused and told him that was not the only problem. I completed a form to leave the tablet and i was told that it will be send for repairs at vodacom tygervalley. That date was the 22nd February 2017. I explained that the tablest was used for school and asked for a loan tablet while we wait. I was told that their shop does not provide that service. The assistant told me that it will take 7 to 14 days. I have been phoning every week to find out th status of my son's tablet but have been told that they are still awaiting spares. on the 13th March 2017 I phoned vodacom shop tygervalley repair shop, and they were very casual about the whole thing. I then told the lady who answered the phone that my son has suffered because of not having his tablet. I asked about the loan tablet to which she told me that she can tell me now that they dont have tablets. She even offered to send back the tablet unrepaired. I then told her that i will be phoning vodacom to tell them of the bad service i experienced. I phone vodacom customer care and i was told that the vodacom shop tygervally was a franchise and that vodacom doesnt have any control or cant tell them what to do. The vodacom person then phoned the tygervalley shop while i was on hold and we all connected and she committed to make my tablet a prioirity which hasnt been the case. I still dont have my son's tablet and i feel betrayed by vodacom. I will not recommend vodacom to anyone i know, it doesnt respect its customers and its employees are also aware hence they do as they please. No company is bigger than its customers.
