Bad Service

Hi all, I would like to congratulate Vodacom on the bad service i get from them. and its not the first time. 1. i went to apply for a new contract at Vodacom after i have an acc. with them. I got told by a person named Fifi at the Menlyn branch(Walk in Repair Center) that they don't have stock on the phone and PS4 but that i will be able to get the phone at Kolenade Branch. The PS4 i would have to wait for stock and then collect it later. thus i did go to Kolenade to pick up the phone from that branch. I drove the extra 30 KM to get to Kolenade just to find out that i have to wait for the Acc. to be transferred and only then i can get the phone. I waited for The transfer to be done for an hour. after an hour i went back to the store where i also had a lady by the name of Fifi(Kolenade Branch). She then advised that the Ac. was not yet transferred. I then went Back to Menlyn branch and requested the store manager and spoke to him. I told him that i was not happy with the service that i am receiving from Vodacom. I then gave him my full story that i am typing now,. Now i would like to konow from Vodacom. 1. whome is gone pay my Petrol that i have wasted to go to Kolenade. The 10 rand parking fee at Menlyn when i had to go back to Menlyn. From my house to Kolenade its 30 km. Back its 30 km again. Total distance traveled 60 km. Toll fee R19. 2. I still don't have my phone. I still don't have my PS4. I have to go back on Wednesday see if they have stock witch is more petrol on my acc. More parking that needs payment. 3. My solution to this problem is simple. We will work as follow. 3.1. The stock will be delivered to my door. 3.2 My petrol will be paid back to me as well as my parking fee at Menlyn. 3.3. Sim and connection fee of R202 can be deducted from my Petrol and parking fee. Kindly contact on my Facebook acc for my private Cell and email details as i am sure you would like to get this matter sorted as soon as possible. Kind regards ****ed of client.
