Bad service

Good day

Please can you assist me and my mom

My mother Peggy Ndlovu 67 years cell number **********

She currently took out an airtime package with Vodacom a couple of years ago for R150 airtime, which has been working for her as she only pays R114 but from November the debit order never went through, they then debited her R329 in December and only gave her R55 airtime which is not the agreed amount. We then called customer care to question the R329 and no one was able to explain it to us. We then went and reversed the R329 seeing no one was able to explain it to us. She then visited the walk in branch at jabulani mall during the week but only to find out the her account is in arrears for R524 and the consultant was unable to explain it to us and advised that we call the account department. This weekend we both went to Jabulani Mall to seek advice and we were told the same story, that there are unable to see anything from their side. They have now disconnected her line until today no call or help from Vodacom with reconnect , all they saying is the account is in arrears and they cannot advise who can we speak to or who will help us as. She is and old lady and cannot be going up and down every day to the mall.

Please contact her on my number ********** 400
