Bad Service

I recive a phonecall from Vodacom telling me that i qualify for a FREE tablet. After telling me how they will deliver the tablet and what I need for delivery the lady said I can pay R99 a month aswell. I then said I will only take the tablet and already have a contract with Vodacom and do not want any more contracts. The lady then said thank you. I then told her she must take my adres for the FREE tablet because she start off by saying I am a long and loyal cunstomer and therefor I receive a FREE tablet. She never said I need to take out a contract to receive this tablet. Now the tablet must be delivered. Wright or wrong. She then hang up on me without saying goddbye or make an excuse for lying to me. Is that the way Vodacom treat their customers by hang up on them after lying to them. The phone calls get recorded. Surely Vodacom can go and listen to that specific call. What will happend to the Vodacom worker for lying to the cutomer. Nothing except for calling the next customer and lie again,. Vodacom is lying to their most loyal cutomers to make money from them. Furthermore I already made a complaint for not receiving calls on my phone at my house for the signal strenght is bad. Up to date no response. On Sunday 15 Jan 2017 I went to Vodacom to assist me with advertisments that keeping popping up on my phone and asked them to remove that and they did not know how to remove it. They remove some of my app and said that is why it is doing that but still the pop upps apair and my app were uninstalled for no reason what so ever. We do we as Vodacom clients go for asssitans because to go to a Vodacom shop is very frustrated. They never know how to assist and always give you stories. The people that is suppose to do the technical side in the shop never ever know how and what to do. They are like tunnel vision can only do as they told and nothing else. How can people be imployed that do not know what is going on and how to assist the client and for how long is this still going to happend. For how long is Vodacom going to allow their people to phone and lie to the client over the phone to get contract. I will appreciated if someone from Vodacom can come back to me with answers and what they planning ahead to keep their customers satisfy.
