bad service

<p>Please urgently assist me I am having issues with my phone where someone will contact me and it will ring on their side but not on my side. This is rather frustrating as I have a child and family and if anything had to happen I cannot be contacted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I proceeded with a sim swop yesterday and this still hasn't sorted my problem out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get all sorts of stories in store and I want this sorted out ASAP and I want a email back please.</p> <p> </p> <p>U guys need to sort out the network and its not my job to to from store to store or calk different call centres to get this sorted out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p> </p> <p>Santana </p>
