Bad Service

<p>Thank you very much Vodacom for turning my week from bad to worse, my contract was due for an upgrade on the 30Oct2016 I took it upon myself to go to a Vodacom store a day before to do an upgrade of which I was advised that 2 of the phone were to be ordered and that they will be at the store by Tuesday, went to the store Tuesday no phones delivered, went back again Wednesday and Thursday still nothing. I decide to waste my petrol to go to a Vodacom store in mall of the south because I was tired of waiting for stork to come to the Newtown branch only to wait there for 20 to 30 minutes without assistance and the consultants there busy chatting about their own stuff while 3 of us clients were sitting there, finally I was assisted after I thought of living because of the service, only for them to tell me that they do have stork but they can't assist me as I didn't do any paper work from the Newtown branch and they are not allowed to give the the phones as the special was for the previous month so I have to go back to Newtown, I went back to Newtown branch yesterday the 04Nov only to find out there's still no stork I decided to them leave as I was too angry as the consultant there told me to go back to mall of the south and have them call him to issue the phones to me as its not his fault nor his problem that the phones are not delivered 5 working days after order. I mean really how long can one wait for a cell phone. I'm using voda, my mom, dad, husband and even my 9 years old son uses voda after such a service in really starting to doubt if my service provider is good to me, 5 clients gone all because of bad service I've received so far, today it's Saturday 05Nov still nothing come on voda you can do better than that.</p>
