Bad Service !!

<p>Vodacom Customer Care is no help at all, this is one of the reasons for cancelling my contract and once again they proof me right. My contract is cancelled with them but I still receive notification sms's that my phone has a soft lock on it this is the same problem i hade from May 2016 - to date. I can't believe the non-service that vodacom is offering the public. The customer care lady phoned me and then the line gets cut off but she does not phone back a second time..... What kind of service is this?? Basically they don’t care because it can’t be traced to them. I am deeply saddened by this extremely bad service that i had to endure for 9 months and is still continuing.</p>
