Bad service

On the 3rd august i took my phone to vodacom repairs for screen repair. I was told i will receive an sms for collections. On the 8th i received and sms that the phone was rejected. I went to ask why was it rejected? To my surprise i was told that i do not have insurance. I went to vodacom eastgate to ask why was the insurance not activated because on the day of application i requested it to be put it in as well. The guy who was helping me told me that the person who was assisting me is no longer working there, but he will request the contract to be sent to him so that they can see if the insurance was ticked on the contract, and that he will give me a call as soon as he get the documents but he never called me. On the 9th September i decided to go back to them, the guy told me he received the contract and the insurance is ticked but he doesn't know why was it not activated. He said when he phones the superiors they told him that it is not their problem it is the employee's responsibility. It does not make sense to me because they are the person who assisted me's employer she is their employee or she was their employee at the time of the application. Vodacom must take the responsibility for it, I want my phone fixed without me paying anything, they must make a plan and not tell me they can't take the responsibility. I am paying every month so they must come up with the solution without giving me hassles. It's either they fixed my phone or give me a new one.
