BAD SERVICE!!!

My wife dropped her LG G4 smartphone, luckily we had screen insurance, or so we thought. The phone was still working it just had a cracked screen. We handed the phone in at the Grove mall on the 16th of August, almost 3 weeks later we got a call back saying that we had to pay R 150.

After we got an SMS stating that the phone has been fixed and we can pick it up, we went in only to find out that the phone is not there yet. After 3 days we got a call from the shop, went in wanting to pay the R150 but no, we first had to find an FNB ATM and follow instructions at the ATM to pay Vodacom the R150. Why could they not take payment in store via the Card machine? After paying the R 150 we got the phone back in exactly the same condition. Vodacom did absolutely nothing for 3 weeks. We handed the phone back in AGAIN, probably for another 3 weeks.

On 7 September I got a call from the Vodacom shop saying that the repair center says that the phone has water damage?? The phone was working fine except for the cracked screen, it was not near water, or the shower or the bathroom. The technician in the Vodacom shop even made a backup of the phone and went through the phone's settings, he can confirm in his check-list that the phone was working...

I've been a loyal customer at Vodacom for years now, but things like this make me want to leave...
