Bad service

<p>I bought a Y600-u40 huawei cellphone at Pep Chrishani Mall in Vosloorus on the 03/10/2015. The phone has a 24 month Repair gaurantee, I'm currently having issues(Home button and V button don't work) with the phone which I barley even use, its still new. I took it back to the shop and they took it to VODACOM REPAIRS ALBERTON, I got the phone back and the problem was not resolved! They say its physical damage (Liquid/Moisture), I took the phone without the battery and the liquid indicator on the battery is still white but the one on the phone is red how's that possible and pep did check the phone for physical damage before they booked it!
