Bad service

<p>I purchased a wifi 5G rooter that was on promo. They signed me up with out testing my phone for connection. I went home and wifi was not working on my phone. I went back to the store within n 7 days told them the problem. Went back again and the response was long stories i should just get a new phone. They sent out a tech to my home and he stated my phone is not compatable and needs to be resetted. I need to go to Umghlanga to have it done. This is out rages as i cannot use the wifi on my phone as I stated to them that i am a rep on the road. I am still waiting for assistance, Vodacom your service is pathetic and your staff is even worse. </p>
