Bad service

<p>I Have an HTC 1M9 that I got September 2015, I had the device for 4 months, The phone started giving me problems in January, now it never has a signal, all the speakers on the device are not working, short battery life and it gets hot while in use.</p> <p>I Took the device in to Vodacom Bethlehem for repair and they sent it to arc for repairs, the phone was with them for about two weeks, I went in to collect the phone and they told me that the phone has been dropped (but has no sign of drop marks) and the phone has been misused and they refuse to repair the phone or give me a new phone.</p> <p>I Would like to know where I stand on this issue because no one can give me clear answers on what I can do about this matter because I refuse to pay any further instalments on the device if the problem does not get resolved.</p> <p>Job number: ***1<br />I.M.E.I nr: ***</p>
