Bad Service

<p>Vodacom/Cellucity has the worst service ever - I went into the store to collect a cellphone that they exchanged and its not a new unit.The phone is a huawei ascend g7 - The total storage on the phone is 11.16 and 355mb for apps etc that is being used the total storage is supposed to be 16gb but its not.I cant downlaod anything.I can only make and receive calls thats all.A complete downgrade from what I had purchased initially.This is now going to be my third trip now to the dam store.I got a call back from Tauriq to say I must bring the phone back it must go in for repairs WHAT THE **** ???? So now I am going to waste my dam petrol again and wait another 7-14 days for a cellphone to be fixed.I keep calling the stores and requesting to speak to a manager but no one is taking my calls.Everyone is just passing the buck...The technician Grant advised me its a new phone but clearly its not.I want a replacement phone to use in the meantime.You can contact me on *** I will not purchase a dam thing from your stores ever again----And I will also publish this on every socail media website...</p>
