Bad Service

<p>I got a contract with vodacom in August 2015 a SOny Aqua M4. It was send for repairs in Sep 2015 for the first time as it was switching on and off by itself! 3 weeks later it was back just too switch on and off again. Up to now the phone was returned to vodacom for 7th time and still doing the same! in 9 months we had a working phone for an average of 20days.The debit order fot the contract are deducted on time with zero service from vodacom. Although we requested that the phone be replaced vodacom does not respond.!!!! Who can i contact for assistance in this matter??</p>
