bad service

I went to Vodacom next to FNB bank on Sunday the 10th, I went there to unblock my phone of which I was told to switch off my phone for 48hrs it will be unblocked by Wednesday. My phone is still blocked even today.I went to Vodacom at sandton city the guy who helped me there told me to bring the same documents I went with at eastgate. I don't understand why should I do the same thing over and over. I have to go to the police station again and do the same process. That's freaking me out. They might not have sent my documents
