Bad Service

Once again you never seem to disappoint me with your bad service and every time I think of calling your call centre, I cringe! It is so frustrating to deal with *********** and unprofessional agents, it's a nightmare to deal your staff - They can't even resolve a simple query/ change.<br> They address you like they are in a shebeen/pub!!! Vodacom get your act together!!! I spoke to Boniswa (Cape Town) Lesego and Gugu Mdaladala (Jhb - she was the worst).<br> <br> I also requested to speak to a team leader, Gugu promised to get Patrick Dlamini or Kgosi (By the way, she doesn't even know his surname) to call me - I'm still waiting.
