Bad Service
I made a call on the 21st January to enquire regarding how do I go about to cancel a contract that expires end of February. I spoke to a Trevor who kept ontelling me that I must make this a pre-paid line. I told hom several times tell me how to I go about to cancel the contract that expires end February as we have fibre at home. He then cancelled the contract without my consent I didn't even get a quote for settlement. Suddenly my bill was R1767.00 and it is normally round about R1240 to R1200. I made a phone call on Monday and spoke to very pleasant consultant that logged a enquiry to credit the R506.41 for the cancellation without my consent. Her instruction to me was to pay the difference between the R1767 - R506.41 which I paid on the first the amount of R1261.00. I now suddenly get SMS saying I am in arrears this affect my credit if I want to upgrade in the future. We have been customers for many years. I got a reference nr for the call i logged on Monday. The reference nr is ***. I phoned this morning to your collection dept because according to Vodacom I am now in arrears. The consultant told me that see can see that they will pass a credit but the credit was not passed. i have to now log a new enquiry. this is totlly unexceptable. is their somebody that can assist and correct my account and I want to let the contract expires as of end February. i am not liable for the R506.41 as I received no quote and my consent was not given.
Hope to hear from Vodacom urgently as this affect my contract.
