Bad Service

28/04/2015 I booked my phone to be repaired by vodacom because of ******** not working. When it came back it had scratches I did not know so i told them about it and they booked it in again. Today(26/05/2015) I went in again to check for my phone because I received an sms yesterday saying it's back from repair only to find it in the same state it was in and i refused to take it. It is almost a month without my phone. I have already cancelled 2 contracts with vodacom because of bad service i received previously and at this rate when this contract end this year in December i am cancelling it as well. I am extremely angry at once customer orientated Vodacom.
