Bad service

Good day Bokali Mogoaneng<br> <br> You made the arrangement that you would have sent someone to collect the phone from my wife yesterday 15 May 2015.<br> <br> My wife did make a call to you to confirm when the courier will pick up the phone and you told her that you will phone her back witch you did not do. The phone was also not collected from her. I also made a call to you and again told me in a sms reply that you are busy. <br> <br> Bo i am starting to think that there are no more people at Vodacom who are competent seeing that this was a very simple instruction to follow. And just to make it clear it was you that suggested to pick up the phone not us. <br> <br> Also just to put this on black and white. <br> My wife is running the risk of being ****** or something happening to the phone because she must courier the phone to work and back. Should anything happen to the phone we will not take responsibility seeing that you should have collected it already. <br> <br> Our next step will be to get someone with legal experience involved. <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Hennie
