Bad service

If you are reading here to find out if you should go for that Vodacom package or not? DON'T! Vodacom offers very very very bad after sales service. i have never in my life experienced this amount of frustration and anger towards a service provider. 10 years ago they use to care but now that Vodacom is in the position that they are in their level of service is rock bottom. to give you an idea. my Samsung is in repairs now for over a month. wait it gets better. it started with a quick fix but the phone was damaged in the repair center by Vodacon straff! so what happens next? Nothing. vodacom is now sending the phone around from the alberton repair center to the advance repair center ans so it carries on LOL. there is also no communication between these two departments. its like the blind leading the blind. then the phone goes back to the Alberton repair center and Mariska and Shaun will sympathize with you but do nothing but send it back and so it carries on and on. well at least i feel good to convince people to go for anything but Vodacom. its ironic. convinced my parents to go for cell c over the week end.! Vodacom i hope you see my point! well carry on!
