bad service

this is the second month ,I am complaining about the same issue. I upgraded my package in April ,my minutes and airtime took almost 2weeks to load due to technical issues. This month again the same issues, I am not prepared to wait and o am still awaiting feedback.this is pathetic as I pay my account on time and expect my airtime on time.
