BAD SERVICE

I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for 15 plus years and have had good service from them.About 2 years ago i had a *****ualent upgrade done on one of my contracts that i keep with them. This issue was resolves fairly quick and with no realproblems. In May 2017 i had i *****ualent upgrade done once again on one of my contracts.I tried to resolve this problem at our local vodacom outlet(which they could not assist me with as we live in a small town in Mpumalanga)and theyb refered my to Vodaworld in Midrand. After travelling for more than an hour and a half one way i got to Vodaworld( seeing that i am a "premier red client",i should not have been put in a line to be assisted as advertised ),i waited about 90 min to be assisted.I was then helped by a gentleman with the name of Sechaba Malefane. He indeed pointed out that there was an *****ualent upgrade done on my contract at Cresta Vodacom. He advised me to travel back to my home town and get a sworn affividavet from my local SAPS staing that i never done the upgrade as well that i do not reside in Northcliff/Cresta area but at my adress in Mpumalanga,as well as a certified copy of my ID and 3 Signatures which i must email to him and would be sent to the relevant department, which i have done.I have since made numours enquiries regarding this and had no luck. The last enquiry i made i was put thru to the manager Aswin Abrahams who informed me that they have no record of such a complaint i lodged. He advised me to once again do all the same stuff and send it to ********** and they will attend to the matter. This was done on the 11th July 2017,with no feedback up to date at all. This unacceptable service from Vodacom to a loyal client.
