Bad service

I could not understand why my airtime was diminishing so quickly. Asking the Vodacom store in Tygervalley about it. They've told me that I've subscribed to wap services, which I didn't consent to.

I've phoned customer service to find out if I can get a refund since R 12 a day was subtracted. I was told that Vodacom doesn't take responsibility .

It seems to me that Vodacom is part of this **** to cash in on people buying prepaid vouchers.

It is appalling that no solution is offered. I am going to either write to the public protector or ombudsman complaining about Vodacom's handling of the matter. Always putting the blame on somebody else.

How do you pay money over to what services if you know that they are de*****ing your customers.

The "GO TO HELL" attitude must stop.

Eustice Vries

********** 122

To whom it may concern
Please do not insult my intelligence by sending me a generic letter which I can download from the internet.
The fact of the matter is:
1. I've never opt in.
2. How can you justify allowing spam such as Orical Telecoms be on your billing system.
3. Vodacom is part of this ****.
4 Doing this makes Vodacom common ****s.
5. Your customer service stinks.
At least have the decency to give me a response on how you are mitigating these issues, not **** about "double up in" or generic responses.
I am still not happy
Best regards
Eustice
