Bad service

<p>yesterday I bought airtime for R55 & R29, right after I loaded I bought data bundles, vodacom send me a message saying I have Vodacom night shift promotion from 00:00-05:00...At about 01:06 I made a phone call to a friend that uses Vodacom too, for about 55minutes. When I viewed my balance, all my airtime was gone. I called the call centre crying and the consultant was so rude shouting at me to stop crying, He didn't even tell me his name. You are so impatient with me and rude. He didn't even want to know the story he thought I was lying. I felt so low...The sad part is that I've been using Vodacom for so many years. I've been getting dropped calls, my data getting chowed for nothing, all my airtime has been getting chowed. At first I was using MTN then I ported my number to vodacom and ever since I've never been happy. This is my number ********** 680. Can someone from Vodacom please call me and clarify what is going on at Vodacom because even my mother is not happy with the service and she's been using it for more than 20 years. I'm so disappointed in Vodacom. I'm so disappointed in the consultants, I thought they were supposed to get better training and give us a quality service as paying customers. I'm so heartbroken I'm thinking off even switching to MTN. Please fix this problem. Thank you.</p>
