Bad service

I upgraded my phone in May 2017. It was 21-5-2017. On the 29th my phone power went off. I took it to the Vodacom repairs shop in Alberton. I could not phone anyone as my phone was not working. They said that they will try and replace it as it was only 8 days old. I got feedback in writing that the replacement request was unsuccessful as it should be done within 7 days. They gave me a loan phone and i phoned Vodacare - you can trace my call on the 31-5-2017 - i explained to the lady over the phone what happened to my phone and she said that i must leave it as Vodacom will repair it. -

It is now 21 days later - i am still waiting for my phone to be repair.

First off all i got the incorrect advise from Vodacom re the replacement time - it is 14 days and not 7 days

They should have told me that my phone will be collected for a replacement - this was not done

What can be wrong with a brand-new phone to take so long to be repaired. Surely this was not a new phone. Every time i try to speak to someone at the vodacom i been told that i am out of the 14 days period or that i must wait because it is in for repairs. If it is still broken after the repair session i must phone back.

Really this is not acceptable service. I am very disappointed.
