BAD Service
<p>I ahve been trying for 3 months now for someone to collect the wireless modem and a Microsoft office that i did NOT want and in order to refund me for the goods.</p> <p>I have still to speek to someone who can tell me when this collection will take place i have been told that i had to wait for 21 days and that they are so Back logged with collection.</p> <p>this is totaly RIDICULOUS.</p>

How long Must we wait for a some one to respond to this report??? as 24 hours have gone by and still noone from VODACOM has tried to contact me.
