Bad service

Good day Can somebody help me, i was working for Vodacom under Bytes people solutions then i resigned with immediate effect on the 02/10/2019 and i was suppose to get my incentive (R600) for the month of September and i did not get it, i called my EX manager to query then he me told that i did not meet the targets however I had my stats, i sent him my stats and he confirmed that i should've got it and they said they will query it with Vodacom and i've been calling them and sent them messages they ignoring me , again today i called in and i was told that my name is not on the sytem anymore therefore i won't get my money.
