Bad Service

Went to vodacom at menlyn mall earlier on today to get a sim swap. The lady who assisted told us to wait a bit as the consultant were all busy. 10 mins later walked in a white couple who were quickly assisted, mind you they found us there waiting to be assisted! At the end of the day we never got assistance.

The service there is shockingly pathetic!! The stuff are walking around swearing at each other? *** is going on there??
