Bad Sales Skills

I got an sms from Vodacom regarding an m- pesa debit card, I went into the Voda store at N1 wanting to find out more about this offer. The person that assisted me asked me whether I had an m-pesa card and i rep**** no, he then blatantly told me to ignore the sms. I then told him that I'm interested in this offer as it can save me some airtime and a few rand, he then told me that the machine is offline , but whether or not the machine was offline, the impression he reflected was one of disinterest in the service he is supposed to render to clients or potential clients , when I told him that he doesn't really seem interested in assisting me, nor does he display very good sales skills, he pointed me to his name tag which displayed : Chad Bam Assistant Manager. I was actually at a lost for words as the word \ manager or assistant manager"doesn't give anyone the right to display such arrogance and lack of interest toward customer satisfaction! He should set an example to junior staff and display more interest in what customers needs are"
