Bad sales services
Good day
I app**** for a contract with Vodacom in the 1st my applicants approved and confirmations department lady called to confirm all details all in order she advised I will receive my new phone within 5 working days and I was smsed the K21... dispatch number. Today I call to track my order and Mellisa from sales advises my order was cancelled because it was **********, what kind of service is this, I have confirmation emails and SMS’s that everything is approved, please get back to me ASAP
