Bad sales service

Trying to get a new data contract online and through sales department is like running into a brick wall. I signed up for a contract online over a week ago. I Sent through all the information that they requested of me, then received an email requesting more information and I sent that on as well. Since then nothing and don't even try and follow up cause it's no where on the system. I tried a second time to take out a new data contract and I'm still waiting on the lady to call me back, she couldn't verify me for the reason there system was slow.
