Bad review on Vodacom

I am so dissappointed at Vodacom right now, I had a contract phone i took from vodacome two years back. Last year in Dec i went to Vodacom shop at Mall of Africa to pay for my settlement on the account. all went all and i was told that i will get my settlement letter not later than the 3rd of Jan. up to today i havent received my letter the only thing i keep getting is calls frm Vodacom lawyers telling me the money i owe vodacom. how can cause even whn i go tho their stores it shows that my contract was cancelled on the 3rd of Jan???? Vodacom u need to sort out this thing ASAP. i cant keep getting calls frm ur lawyers everyday. I dont owe u guys ?????
