Bad reception and customer service

Vodacom has the worst reception ever. Calls dropping /glitches, missed call notifications via sms. I'm loosing business because of this issues because when you're not contactable customers move on to someone else.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service support from Vodacom as you eather get served by an Robot or when you actually get hold of an human you get really bad service thank you Sandile

I will not renew my contracts again and I will move to another network I will not take this anymore. I have been an contract customer since about 1998 and this is the type of service i receive.
