Bad reception
Bad bad bad reception in all small towns recently.
I do not know if Vodacom is currently under business rescue or do they just don’t care about their customers anymore?
I travel alot, especially to small towns in the Freestate,Northern cape and Eastern Cape.
It is shocking to see that cellphone reception is not available in small towns like Tarkastad,Venterstad ,Hertzogville and Colesberg.
Shops and Guesthouses battle to get their card machines to work, because off non existing vodacom reception.
I have called Vodacom numerous times to report bad reception, but to no avail.
And this is not because off loadshedding or any other companies fault. Its just bad maintenance from Vodacom.
The once great Vodacom is slowly coming to an end. Now I wonder should I renew my Vodacom Red Contract with them or rather just port to MTN?
As things look now, Vodacom will be the slowest growing network in South Africa within coming months! Welldone Vodacom

Vodacom wat is die probleem wat julle nie herstel kry in Colesberg REF *** Kry kundiges in as julle nie die probleem opgelos kry nie , hierdie is ń toerisme oornag bestemming wat restaurante en gastehuise verontrief en geld kos. Inteendeel, ons het van die duurste pakette wat u bied, nie pay as you go nie. Hierdie probleem duur al voort vanaf Oktober 2021 en is nie a.g.v beurtkrag nie. Vele kere al gerapporteer kyk maar op jul sisteme!
