Bad Products they give to a person

I upgrade my phone last year September at Game in Worcestor with a samsung Neo core plus. It work for three weeks and then i had to send it to the workshop. It came back and it does not worked and Vodacom in Worcestor send it in again. After another three weeks i received it and it works, but the new software does not want to install on the phone and vodacom wants me to send the phone in again. Thats the worst experience i had with a supplier, i had a new phone who must go in to the workshop for the third time. Who wants a phone like that, not me and there are no help from Vodacom to solve the problem and thats bad news. They deduct every month there money from my bank account and i have a phone who does not work
