Bad products supp**** to customers.

I got my wi-fi from vodacom for 2 weeks and it is already broken.It was handed in to the P.E branch as they said it must go for repairs and if not able to repair only then they can supply us with a new unit.When we phoned today we were told that it was send to \a higher repairer as the P.E repairer can't fix it"but still they refuse to supply me with anew unit.1Week has past already.The manager at P.E branch is not available as he is off work"
