Bad overall service from Vodacom.
I then got a letter to port number from company and proceeded to the Vodacom store at N1 City.I was at first quite impressed.Clinton said it will be better to transfer the number than go to pay as you go.He gave me another paper to get signed by the company, and said he will put everything in to works.I then proceeded to get the papers signed, get bank statements. I work late I can only get to there on weekends. Went back next weekend only to find that he was not there.I was then told that they cannot currently port my number as Vodacom's systems have not been working for 2 weeks and I have to wait till the next payment has gone through and contract has been terminated.(note contract 3 years overdue).SO now I have to wait a month before I can get any phone or contract? At that point I told them to cancel and put to pay as you go.They then told me they cannot do it as it is already in the process of porting , and they can only on Monday.I told them to get back to me...Nothing!I got a email today with documents to sign (obviously company has to sign). SO that means driving around for signatures once again(3rd time). After all that I will never make use of Vodacom again.
