Bad or No Signal in Eastern Freestate

We are based in Fouriesburg. Over the last two weeks the Vodacom signal / tower is non existent. It works for a short time then dead again. Today no signal at all. Called their customer service but cannot speak to the right person. Was told they will call back but they can't as there is no signal. How long does it take to get an issue on the tower sorted and repaired
