Bad online service

Vodacom online Upgrades is the most frustrating thing on earth. I have upgraded to s spesific deal in Nov already. But they were out of stock since. I try every week to find out how long do i still have to wait. But the only answer i get is the device is out of stock. No estimate date ot other deal options. How loang can one wait for the right deal? This is some nonsense service. Please call me nd let me know whats going on.
