Bad online service
Why do you publish a phone online, if it is not available? Some of the other devices will show out of stock, but this Apple device didn't show anything about being out of stock. Now you inconvenience a person by basically telling me I have to be patient. This is not on. I've been a loyal customer for years now. But this about a device being out of stock and back ordered and having to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a phone is nonsense. Get another system. You need to try and retain your clients, not chase them away!
