BAD ONGOING SERVICE

<p>Vodacom you DISGUST me. Firstly YOU messed up my account on my number ********** . You deleted my account after NUMEROUS PROBLEMS and me trying to sort out my account. But lets leave that there. </p> <p>My complaint NOW is as follows. On Tuesday evening I went online and bought 3gig od data, just to be getting 250meg. CHECK MY RECORD I ALWAYS BUY A MINIMUM OF 1gig why the hell will I buy 250meg. But that's not the problem. When i called in to sort out the mishap YOUR call centre agent made a fool of me and physically laughed in my face and making an idiot of me. PLEASE GO LISTEN TO YOUR RECORDED MESSAGES. Her name is, Dudu Ngwenya and the manager is DJ Mokoena she said, if that is even their real names. All i wanted was for your stupid little 250meg to be reversed and my money refunded so I can buy the 3gig.</p> <p>YOU IDIOTS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP US NOT THINK U ARE DEMI GODS SITTING HIGH IN A TOWER AND DOING US FAVOURS. WE PAY YOUR SALARIES. Not even to talk about your expensive data and call rates. I have been a Vodacom supporter since 1996 and never went to another network. Not because you are that good but because of loyalty and this is how you repay me.</p> <p>NO I'M DONE NOW ... UNTIL TOU HAVE SORTED OUT ALL MY ISSUES INCLUDING MY OLD 082 NUMBER ISSUE I WILL POST ON EVERY SINGLE MEDIA OUTLET I CAN GET UNTIL MY ISSUES ARE RESOLVED OR MY VOICE HAS BEEN HEARD NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. EVEN IF I HAVE TO PRINT BANNERS AND GET THE SAME ATTENTUON TO VODACOM AS OUR DISEASED SPUR OUTLETS. Please test me I'm dying to make a point. </p>
