Bad of them all

I brought my phone at vodacom kolonade and came across a problem with my device, I have been try to get hold of them this morning with no answer from their landline neither their what's app number. This is no the 1st time I come across such bad service manner from them, and I just want to know what's the use of having a contact number if we still can't get hold of you
