Bad network service

Vodacom network has become such a sub-standard lately. One does not enjoy using Vodacom any longer, there's always no network you can't receive nor make calls. The internet is worse, it is always displaying H+sign instead of 4G when trying to connect, I am now here in Botlokwa eisleven, I am struggling I can't connect to the internet, I can't speak to my family, it is all just a disaster.
