bad network problem

I have reported bad Networking in November 2014 that we are having in my area vodacom has contacted me a few times to tel me the technical department has fixed major damages on the tower close to me. And asked me if the signal is beter i constantly having the same problem about networking then they phoned me again and again telling me they fixed more problems but the signal stay the same some days i dont even have signal that i have 2 walk in the middle of my road to get signal and they only tell me that they cant see that i can have a problem any more and maybe i have to look at the signal booster they have it cost like R20000 why should i buy something like that if im the customer and they the so called provider that it doesn't matter where you go vodacom will give u network every where .
