Bad network, poor service, and a lock into inferior telecommunication services

Very bad network services. I had to switch to my other network provider to even post this. On average, it takes 1 hour to send an email cos of bad network. You can't do anything in the afternoon during the week cos network is bad. When you email customer care, obviously no one responds cos they don't care. Mind you, cancelling before the contract ends is costly, so your locked into a low quality network. I just checked the reviews, and today only, October 30th, 10 people are complaining about the nonsensical quality.
