Bad network coverage

Vodacom is not taking peoples complain seriously, they dont respect their costumers, I reported the here on hello peter a month or two back about network coverage in Lindley in the Free State, they called me pretended to have sorted the problem but we still have the same issue right now, this is affecting our lives. we barely have any network coverage in Lindley, its a constant struggle, its affecting my business as i struggle to get hold of my costumers and they struggle to get hold of me. Vodacom Please help us here we dont want to jump ships to other networks as we have know vodacom to be the number one leading network provider. Please dont fail us
