Bad Network

I don't have a network at home, but other areas it works properly. I can't receive nor make calls in my house, how frustrating is that! I phoned vodacom and the consultant told me I need 5 numbers of people in the same area in order for the technician to come sort out the issue, otherwise I will not be assisted. I don't have time to be going to the neighbors, really! I pay my contract monthly and have been a vodacom customer for years and for them to tell me that I can't be helped is just shocking! Because I am complaining by myself my complain is irrelevant? What kind of service is this?
